EIU Competition

Here is the schedule for Saturday:

1:30    Call Time
2:30    Load Equipment
3:00    Dress into uniform
3:30    Leave for Charleston
4:40    Approx Arrival Time
6:05    Warm-up procedure begins
7:00    Performance
7:15    Change & load equipment
7:45    Watch competing bands
8:30    EIU band & awards
9:00    Leave for home
10:15   Approximate return time

bring money for food
street clothes
jacket or sweatshirt

There is an admission charge of $8 for this event (not for band members).

Remember, we will be in full uniform from the time we leave the school until after our performance. Eat before the call time and bring a snack to eat before changing. No food or drink except water will be allowed once they are changed (including the bus ride there). Hair up, no nail polish or jewelery, grays (this might be a weekend for long underwear).

If you are back in Mahomet when the buses return, please come to the uniform trailer and help check in all of the uniforms!
